- What flexibility do I have in the options for customers to edit their orders?
- Recheck lets you tailor what you want and don't want to allow your customers to edit. We have brands allowing every single option to their customer, including the power to cancel orders. While others only allow a change in address and contact number.
- How long can customers edit their orders?
- Recheck gives you control over how long you want to allow customers to edit their orders. The best part is that each order detail can have its separate timer as well. For example, you may want to allow changes to products in cart for only 30 minutes, but allow a change in address for 4 hours.
- Will this work with my 3PL / WMS?
- We have built Recheck in a way that it can work with any 3PL / WMS regardless of whether there is a direct integration or not. If we don't already have an integration with your provider, we can build one for you.
- How do refunds work?
- When there is a decrease in order value, you can offer an automated refund back to the source payment or via store credit, or give your customers the option to choose for themselves. In case you do not want to offer refunds, we advise turning off the options that can cause a decrease in order value like order cancellations, removing items from cart or a change in shipping method.
